By using Kolvra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service. These Terms apply to account owners, invited team members, and any users accessing the platform under your organization.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep account access secure. You are responsible for: - Credential security and role assignment within your workspace - Actions performed under your account and invited users - Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access

Kolvra provides an operations platform for managing workflows, teams, locations, reporting, and related business processes. Features, limits, and plan availability may change over time as the service evolves.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing terms shown at the time of purchase or renewal. You may request plan changes or cancellation according to your active subscription conditions. Payment processing is handled by approved payment providers. Kolvra does not store full payment card details.

You must not use Kolvra to: - Violate laws or regulations - Access data or systems without authorization - Interfere with service integrity or availability - Upload malicious code or abuse platform resources - Reverse engineer protected parts of the service - Use the service for fraudulent or harmful activity

Your organization retains rights to its operational data. Kolvra retains rights to the platform, software, interface, and service components. You grant Kolvra the limited rights required to host, process, and display your data solely for service delivery and support.

Kolvra applies operational security controls and reliability practices, but no online service can guarantee zero risk or uninterrupted availability. You are responsible for configuring your team access model and internal governance within your workspace.

To the extent permitted by law, Kolvra is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Liability limitations and remedies are governed by applicable law and your commercial agreement (if any).

We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations of these Terms, abuse, or security risk. Upon termination, access ends according to policy and agreement terms. Data handling follows retention and legal obligations.
